How do we collect data?

We collect information on browser type, IP-address, email address, name and shown interest. These data are forwarded by Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Sharpspring, Facebook Pixel and the registration procedure. When filling out our contact form, your data - upon your approval - will also be entered manually into Sharpspring. After any rental, sale or offer request your data will be saved to enable an appropriate follow-up and possible after-sale service.

Depending on the relation we have with you, following categories of data may apply:

Transfer outside the European Community

All Google, Facebook, Sharpspring data are stored in the United States of America and are exclusively open to the Sharpspring employees or Sharpspring partner companies for the time of your costumer relation. Sharpspring does not sell nor rent its client lists to third parties: the company and its affiliates comply with all the conditions of Europe’s GDPR.

For how long will your data be saved?

Your personal data are kept for 20 years. This period equals the lifetime of a campervan. Your van may need further maintenance and repairs in this period.

We shall do the utmost to best protect your data and to respect your privacy. To that extent, we foresee a maximum of required technical means and adequate organization. All software we work with is according legal specifications.

What rights have you got? How do you call upon them?
